Sailor Mars is a Shinto priestess and is able to catch glances of the future and sence when some thing is wrong. She has a firery temper and personality. Most of her attacks are ment to destroy rather than confuse. One is meant to hold the enemy in place so it can be destroyed.

She lives with her Grand father at the Shinto Temple on the Cherry Hill.She used to live with her father but she didn't think he cared for his family and left. Her mother died while she was still very young.

A reforming drunk lives at the Temple as well and has a massive crush on Rei. Rei feels the same for him but does not show her feelings. She also had a crush on Mamoru and went out with him for a while, but fate separated them and she accepted it. She Has three forms. Her Human form as Rei, her first Sailor form as Sailor Mars and in the fourth season Super Sailor Mars.
