Sailor Pluto is the mysterious senshi. She is close to know one except the Outer Senshi(Uranus,Neptune,Pluto,Saturn) and Chibi-usa. Even with Sailor Moon her relationship is fairly non-existant. This all works out how ever, because she spends all of her time guarding the timelanes, so she's used to being alone. Like it or not!
Sailor Pluto controlls time and lives in the timelanes, a place that's not in the future, not in the past, and somewhere beyond the present.She is bonded to this place and is not allowed to leave unless it is a grave emergence. That's why when Sailor Pluto shows up, you know things are about to spin out of control.
Pluto also posseses one of the talismens needed to create the holy grail in Sailor Moon S.
She has 3 forms. Setsuna her human form, Sailor Pluto her senshi and guardian form and last but not least, Super Sailor Pluto...(Which in my opinion is not much different from Sailor Pluto).
