Cheese Racer's Outlook Express Stationery
Outlook Express (OE) is a e-mail/newsgroup program for Internet Explorer 4.0 that is easy to set up and use, even if you're now running a different e-mail program, it brings the fun and energy of the Internet into your Inbox.
