Sailormoon was created by Naoko Takeuchi. It is a magical girls anime whose main character is Tsukino Usagi. Usagi is a friendly, loving, unaware ditz, skilled whiner and crybaby who nevertheless improves as the series progresses. She gains the power to transform into the pretty sailor soldier--- Sailormoon. Later, as Usagi travels into SailorStars, she and her cat Luna manage to find 12 or so more Sailor allies. (More specifically, they first encounter the four Inner Senshi, Sailormercury, Sailormars, Sailorjupiter, and Sailorvenus. Then they meet the Outer Senshi, Sailorpluto, Sailorneptune, Sailoruranus, and Sailorsaturn (with a few complications). After that, they meet the four SailorStarlights; SailorStarfighter, SailorStarhealer, and SailorStarmaker, along with a bunch of evilly controlled senshi who might have been good, led by the legendary senshi who succumbed to Chaos before they met her (in her more peaceful years, she had very pretty hair /^.^\). Along the way, they're also joined by two little pink haired girls with odango similar to Usagi's. (^@_@^)
