Hundreds of times a human's brains and physical strength, tens of times longer a lifespan. His ultimate goal is to create a cyborg. Believes he is a god. When he fights the Sailorsenshi, he mutates into his true superhuman form,Gelmatoid. He is killed by Super Sailormoon in the manga, and survives in the anime.
