Third of the Witches 5, level 202. Disguised as Bidou Yui, her intellegence surpasses even that of Ami's!! She is the leader of the Science class, who recreated a mini-replica of the Tau Star System (Birth place of Master Pharoah 90) as a science experiment. She believed that she could capture the souls of the Sailorsenshi for Master Pharoah 90. She uses nanorobots in her utilization program to extract souls from human bodies. Her attack is "Mosiac Buster". Here is a description in Viluy's own words; "The nanomachines extracted from my program cut into your body and dissolve it! All that will be left is the soul of your beautiful spirit!" In the anime she is a great rival of Kaolinite. She is killed by her own nano-robots in the anime. Viluy is killed by Sailor Uranus in the manga.
