A sizely Bastion of Neutrality-shaped hole could be seen, but other than that, it was a rather boring place to watch. Of course, if one were feeling particularly observant, they might've noticed what appeared to be a Phoenix-shaped molecule wending it's way away from the above-mentioned Bastion-hole. They also might've observed that said Phoenix-shaped molecule was only about a foot away from the Bastion-hole. Of course, in order for one to be this observant, one would either have to have damn good eyes or zoom the camera in closer. And closer. Closer. A little to the left. No, your other left. A bit closer. Closer. Up a bit. A little closer. Just about there. Closer. A tiny bit closer. Too close. And thus, our story may continue. --- It was a long and strenuous journey. The road seemed unusually rough today, almost as if they were in fact not driving on a paved road, but rather bouncing off the tops of countless numbers of atoms and molecules while shrunk to a size where solid matter is reduced to the size of nitrogen. But, naaah, that's just silly. The hero of our story, Johnathan, seems almost completely unphazed as he swerves around what appears to be a humongous movie-camera lens which just appeared in his path, and continues on his previous heading towards the Amichanian base camp. 'Hmmm...that's strange. I should've reached the ABC by now. It must be further than I estimated.' ponders Johnathan, as he bounces over yet another concrete-atom. "You sure we're going in the right direction, Kenny?" The black kitten looks up from his makeshift cat nest made of the shredded remains of a map. "Mrowl!" "Okay, you're the navigator." With that, Johnathan puts his foot down on the gas pedal, forcing the 1984 Pontiac Phoenix to fly along at it's top speed of 50km/h.[1] Wending his way through the still abundant Nitrogen molecules, he continues his trek to infiltrate the Amichanians. TBC? Who knows. -- [1] That's about 31mph, for all you non metric types. -- +------------------------------------- --- -- - - |There was Darkness before the Light, |There was Black before the White, |Before the Day, was only Night, |And the Lurker watches on... +--------------------------------- --- -- - |... lurking@home.com ... <-- This is a -REAL- E-Mail Addy! +------------------------------ -- -- - |ICQ# 16588228 +-------------------------- -- - -
