Meanwhile, on the snowball tossing Io-A....

CM suddenly(With a cool little line darting across his face anime style, like
when someone just suddenly thinks of something cool) noticed ...a
disturbance....

"...in the balance of OtakuWorld."

"What?"  SIB asked him as the Io-A lurched to one side as it dodged a snowball.

"Hiryu...he's gone and tipped the scales of power...perhaps too far...once too
many times, I've had to cancel and/or postpone combat with him before...looks
like this time, it'll get settled...Mallard!"

"Yeah, boss?"  The ducky one said, entering the room....

"Take care of things for now, I've got WORK to do...."



Somewhere in a recluded tech-work lab, a single golden shaft of light shone
down on something that hadn't seen action in a very long time.  A lone figure
stood before it, his cape softly billowing...how it was doing this with no air
conditioning on was anyone's guess....  :)

"Hmm...so, old friend, it appears as if circumstances will bring you out of
mothballs...even though I never did figure the cause of that
little...'malfunction'...."

The scene flashed-back to two previous occassions; one was of shortly before
he'd defeated Chaos onboard the SOL-2 to end the SD-Revolt arc...a look at his
eyes as his hardsuit was forming would have shown a strange pair of energy
tendrils, glowing faintly green, with an almost sadistically pleased smile on
his face...; the 2nd scene was of the 1st big fight between CM and Rubious(The
one immortalized on one of SS's pages with the whole multimedia link
setup....)...CM had been enjoying that fight WAY too much...and again, the suit
had seemed to play a role....

CM sighed; "Well, let's get this over with...I'm sure that loser Hiryu won't
wait forever...."  In a dramatic Tuxedo Kamen-esque transformation sequence(1),
his old hardsuit formed around him, reflecting it's platinum color around the
room....



Back on the bridge, Mallard and SIB were plotting how to REALLY toss snow
around at their foes when CM reappeared....

"Nani?"  Mallard said puzzledly; "I thought you hadn't gotten the bugs out of
that thing yet!?"

"I haven't."  CM said; "But there's no time to argue the finer points of
hardware now...I'll be back before too long...transport me to where Hiryu is!" 
SIB looked on as Cape-Mike dissolved off the bridge...and was chilled to the
bone as she could have sworn that she saw the visor on his headpiece glow a
familiar faint green just as he faded from view....



Somewhere in Limbo, Chaos watched..and waited....  'All too easy....'

TBC, as soon as I discuss a plan with Hiryu....  :)

(1) Remember in the R movie when he changed from Tux into that cool armor? 
same thing....
