"I think it's the package we've been waiting for Joel," she said as she set it down and ran her hand through her long hot pink hair. Even though her hair had been out of her conical odangos for a while, it still made her a bit nervous to have it down, but it was an essential part of her disguise. Joel walked over, followed by Neko-Freak. "Excellent! It's the flash rom for the Otakudex. Now we're up to speed and ready to act." "And our matching costumes are ready too," Wicked... eh, Renée piped in. Joel nodded solemnly. "Right. It's important we look like a team." "And the uh, Dark Mysterious Power we serve thinks you both look cute in them." added Neko-Freak. Dark Joel and Wicked Lady glared at Neko-Freak, who sweatdropped. "Sorry, bad joke." "Suuuure," said Joel. "I've already explained to you that I'm not a capturable Otakèmon, but an agent of a Dark Power sent to aid you in your mission," exclaimed the Neko-Freak. "But the problem is we have no starter Otakèmon for you two." "Don't worry, that won't be a problem," said Renée. "We can just steal some, or maybe cheat a little for our first captures." Nekko-Freak nodded approvingly. "Then let's go!" [Some time later...in Calgary, Alberta] A dimensional portal spawned in the backyard of the Hegerat residence, and Dark Joel, Neko-Freak, and Wicked Lady emerged, in the reverse of the listed order. "I told you I could get us here," she gloated. Then she started shivering because she was standing a foot deep in snow and was wearing a short skirt and boots. Dark Joel stroked his goatee.* "Interesting. Now I'll get us in." He walked up to the back door, and snuck in. A few minutes later he returned carrying a small stone statue. "I think we're done here." The evil trio re-entered the warp and returned to OtakuWorld. The moment they did, the statue came to life in Dark Joel's hands. "Who the... what are you doing? Let GO!" screeched an angry gargoyle, who proceeded to POUNCE! on Dark Joel. "Temper, temper, Christabel," sneered Renee, who lobbed Dark Luna-P at her head. The Lunaball smacked the Gargoyle with enough force to make her see stars and Wicked Lady followed up with an otakèmon ball, capturing her. "Well, we have our first otakèmon," she concluded triumphantly. "Owww," said Joel as he picked himself up off the ground. OTAKEDEX ENTRY: Christabel is GARGOYLE - A flying stone otakemon the size of a large cat, her primary attack is a Pounce! second only to Pook!s. She also has the ability to deliver insults ranging from witty to scathing. She has a voracious appetite for choclate and can smell it at approximately 100 yards. Her evolved form is the Margoyle, wherin she becomes larger and her stone claws become even more dangrous weapons. It is believed that the gargoyle needs to consume many pounds of hi-grade chocolate to complete her evolution. Additional powers of the second form are undocumented and may vary based on the source of the chocolate. **Approach Margoyles with extreme caution** "Magnificient," gloated Joel. "We have our first otakèmon, and a powerful rare one at that. Now we need to capture a few more and we'll really be in business." "Do you ideas for any more of them?" asked Nekofreak. "I do, but finding them may be tricky." Joel *other than he doesn't have a goatee and isn't as buff, I look JUST like James! Really! And of course Renee looks just like Jesse, excpet for hair and eye color. She and I are wearing outfits like Team Rocket's except our outfits are mostly Black on White not the other way around. And no R. And we don't mimic their dumb speech. We're working on our own intro.
