Personality: Stays calm for the most part. Reg's temper can only be set off by a few things. His baby cabbit Hota-ohki, Clefairy Requiem, and his love Katie mean the most to him. He would do anything to protect them.
Objectives: Might as well number em off like Icey did ^^
Weapons/Powers:
Ice: Reg can control the element of Ice. He can do pretty much anything or make pretty much anything, but the larger the object, the more energy it drains.
Absolute Zero: If Reg whispers these words, him and everything in the near vicinty would drop to the breaking point. It would take a small amount of time for his opponent to thaw.
The Ice Glaive: A Light Blue version made to look like The Silence Glaive. The Glaive can shoot out beams of ice.
The Masamune Sword: During his brief stint as being evil, Reggy had this created..... ....well, he found it in hammerspace... But that's besides the point. The only special thing about the sword are the four materia slots near the handle.
Telepathic abilities: Reg learned a limited amount of this at the Castle from Nyakun. He can send out telepathic messages...
Hovering: Reg got quite adept at this while being evil. I think it's a requirement ^_^
Gravity Glaive: Acquired soon after being re-activated, Reg can alter gravity for a limited time To himself or his would-be attackers
Gravity Bomb: If Reg yelled this and slammed the Gravity Glaive to the ground it would send out a shockwave that would slowly expand as it quickly moved away from him. Anyone caught in the shockwave would be frozen and then would become weightless. The power depends on how much energy Regulus channels into the Glaive when it hits the ground.
Gravity Freeze: Reg slams his fist into the ground a la Uranus during her World Shaking attack. An orb glowing black and light blue would shoot out and encase anything it touched. At the end, the orb would fly high into the air and tighten quickly, then break, freezing everything inside.
Allies: The OSDF, Chibi-Youma, and uh.....*sweatdrop* I know I'm forgetting people......
Enemies: Cape-Mike, the Minakochanians... Pretty much everyone that's pissed at the OSDF collectively....
