PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Metamorphic. Height and weight subject to current form. Typically is dressed like a beggar, wearing a coolie hat, traditional kung-fu uniform covered by a loose robe, and carrying a staff.
POWERS: metamorphic ability. Can change body shape to fit his need.
EQUIPMENT: the Staff of Raiden. This staff allows T-chan to use the powers of the storm. With the staff he can send out lightning attacks, open portals, and summon the help of others whether they want to help or not...(example: T-chan gets in a fight, so he summons another person just as he is about to be hit... the summoned person gets hit instead, and retaliates, therefore T-chan doesn't fight)
WEAKNESSES: Is a major sucker for seductive femmes (especially Sailor Universe)... also very sensitive about his coolie hat.
PERSONALITY QUIRKS: Loves causing mischief, even if it comes back after him. can be guaranteed to run at the first sign of overwhelming odds, unless a gorgeous femme is around, then he'll summon tremendous courage (then run, if that fails)
ORIGIN: Was a lowlife metamorphic beggar until one day he stole the Staff of Raiden from the Thunder God while the Thunder God was taking a pee (yes, gods must pee too). With the newfound powers the staff provided, he decides to go out as a warrior for hire.
GOALS: Cause mischief in the name of the highest bidder!
FRIENDS: SD-KM, Tuxedo Zorro, Sailor Calypso, Sailor Chaos X
