This is the hardest award of mine to win. I suggest you do not apply for this one, its based mostly on my enjoyment of your page. However, if you feel confident enough of your page, please..feel free to apply for Rica's Award of Moonlight Excellence.

b) Your page must have something more than the usual pictures, characters, etc. Something needs to catch my eye. Manga pics might help.
