His full Name
is Katsuhiko Jinnai. Older Brother to Nanami. He is extreamly jealous of Makoto because
he does every thing better them him. In the TV serious, Jinnai's way of getting back
at Makoto is to sabatage his expermant. He is a sour loser and wants to beat
Makoto at leat once. When he is in El Hazard, he takes sides with Queen Diva
and they plan to congour EL hazard with an amry of Bugrom. I think Jinnai's
power is either to be a vilian or to be ablt to understand the bugrom. he comes
up with many ways to take over El hazard, But Makoto and Co. always stop him.
