Raye was the third scout to show up. She works at her grandfather's temple on Cherry Hill. I don't know how thay meet in the anime, but in the manga, Serena and Amy go to the templt to invesagate the disparance of busses. When they get their, Raye, a prictcess, sences a disterbance. She thinks it's am Evils force. She used her Parchment Scroll to ward off the evil. She smakes it on Serena's head. After relizing what she did, she says "what the..A girl?!?" She say's "I'm so Uh...sorry...Bunny?(MixxZine's name for Serena)I made a mistake" Then says she felt an evila spirit. I think it was Jedite she felt Raye is later reveiled as Sailor Mars.

Now that their are three scouts, they have a better chance of defeating the Negaverse. But one problem, Serena and Raye NEVER stop fighing. Raye thinks that she sould be the leader instead of Sailor Moon. But then she later relizies that Sailor Moon was meant to be the leader. Raye is very dedicated to every thing she does. Raye can summon fire to defeat the bad guys. She also has the parchment scroll.

Note from Naoko. This was printed in Issue 1-3 of MixxZine. So it's all Word for Word. "This chapter of SM is allabout a very speical scout, the beutiful Raye. Raye is a pristess at Sendai Hill. since she' sa Jappanesse pristess, she knows lots of spical chants and paryers. In Japanesse, a young pristess like Raye is called a "Miko".

One of the commands she uses is "Aku Ryo Tai San". In English, the command would mean "Retreat Evil Spirit!" or something like that, but since Raye's a pristess of course she chants in Japanesse!

By the way, Did u know I wrote this chapter different for the anime TV ahow than for it's motionless version?!! That's right! See if you cnan tell figure out the differences...You'll notive that I made a lot of things different between the two!" She then makes a few commit's on Mars and Mercury
