Sailors Chi and Phi are named after Greek letters. They only appear in the manga. These twins are responsible for the deaths of Sailor Lethe, Sailor Mnemosyne, and Sailor Kakyuu. They are supremely evil senshi, and are basically designed to make you hate them. They do a good job, all things considered. They play a big role in the ending of the Sailormoon manga volumes. Sailors Chi and Phi wear funky 70's outfits, and weild large staffs with sun symbols on their tips. When they are seen, they usually appear together. It's hard to determine Sailor Chi from Sailor Phi, but if you look closely, they do have their differences. These two are basically the last two villains the good Sailor Senshi face before Galaxia. By killing off Lethe, Mnemosyne, and Kakyuu, they motivate the good Senshi to fight harder, eventually causing the defeat of Galaxia. <<--back
