30/3	Sammi 前 晚 入 選 無 線 「 勁 歌 金 曲 」 第 一 季 季 選 ﹐她 否 認 與 安 仔 齊 齊 於 台 灣 出 碟 ﹐ 並 爭 歌 迷 聚 會 場 地 ﹐ 但 最 終 她 讓 了 給 安 仔 ﹐ 因 出 碟 的 日 期 及 有 關 宣 傳 計 劃 仍 未 定 。 另 外 Sammi 承 認 張 耀 榮 有 斟 洽 她 今 年 開 個 唱 ﹐ 並 提 供 兩 個 檔 期 任 擇 ﹐ 秀 文 自 言 有 一 年 沒 開 演 唱 會 ﹐ 本 身 新 歌 也 很 足 夠 ﹐ 所 以 現 正 在 考 慮 中 。 Sammi appeared in the JSG 1st quarter awards on Sunday night and she denied the rumour about both of her and Andy will released their albums in Taiwan at the same time (late April) and the fighting for the concert venue. Sammi said both the released date and publicity plans haven't been confirmed by Warner yet. On the other hand, she is also thinking about to have her concert this year. Two time slots was given to her for consideration.
27/3	Sammi 和 安 仔 的 國 語 新 專 輯 將 在 下 月 首 次 在 台 對 打 ， 繼 日 前 安 仔 和 Sammi 在 台 灣 同 一 家 錄 音 室 相 遇 之 後 ， 很 巧 的 是 兩 位 歌 手 各 屬 的 唱 片 公 司 ， 都 挑 中 五 月 七 日 要 在 台 北 101 會 館 幫 他 們 開 演 唱 會 ， 在 互 爭 演 唱 會 場 的 情 況 下 ， 最 後 Sammi 把 場 地 先 讓 給 許 志 安 。 Sammi 已 兩 年 沒 有 出 國 語 新 專 輯 了 ， 華 納 唱 片 旗 下 這 張 「 王 牌 」 再 出 擊 ， 非 常 用 心 。 她 在 台 灣 錄 完 音 後 ， 已 返 回 香 港 作 造 型 、 封 面 拍 攝 等 工 作 。 Both Sammi and Andy will release their mandarin album in April, predicting a battle over album sales. After the "accidental" met in studio last time, both of their record companies are planning to hold a concert on 7th May in Taiwan again, however, Sammi gave the way to Andy. Sammi hasn't released mandarin album for 2 years and Warner spends lots of work at this time. Sammi returned to HK for the job of snap ablum cover and images after she recorded the songs in Taiwan.

The DJ said that would probably resulted in a loss of popularity and Sammi said it's not difficult for her to appear in the newspaper to increase her popularity if she really want it. When asked when will she get married, Sammi said she doesn't fully trust the marriage coz a certificate doesn't mean anything. Moreover, it's not the time she want to settle down and marry and she doesn't get a person who can give her the feeling of security. Sammi went to Taiwan yesterday morning to record her upcoming mandarin album. The Taiwan Warner was re-organized recently and they're very serious about Sammi's new mandarin ablum. They even came to HK several times to have meeting on it and staff also present during Sammi was recording songs in the studio and it gave her stress. As Nicolas Tse critized that was an impolite action and let Sammi's face down. Sammi doesn't want to comment on it but she understands well why Nicolas said that coz they're friends and she won't mind. Sammi was in Taiwan after those ceremonies and didn't get any chance to meet her fans but she understands well fans do that because they care and support their idols. She think fans will grow up from the experiences and know how to control themselves. Actually, it's not only the problem of Sammi's fans but all fans are also try their best to support their idols. 8/2	昨 午 無 線 假 沙 田 新 城 市 廣 場 舉 行 「 《 寵 物 情 緣 》之 寵 物 嘉 年 華 」 ， 女 主 角 Sammi 的 名 字 雖 然 沒 有 出 現 於 出 席 藝 員 的 名 單 中 ， 但 Sammi 卻 突 然 出 席 了 這 次 的 宣 傳 活 動 。 席 間 Sammi 更 表 示 ， 先 前 兩 次 宣 傳 活 動 皆 缺 席 ，只 因 身 在 台 灣 工 作 及 病 倒 ， 其 實 本 來 今 次 她 也 未 必 會 來 到 宣 傳 ， 因 為 之 前 還 為 晚 上 TVB 的 《 齊 倡 廉 跨 紀 元 》 綵 排 和 錄 音 ， 後 來 一 切 順 利 提 早 收 工， 今 回 落 力 宣 傳 ， 一 於 以 行 動 來 闢 謠 。 無 露 面 一 段 時 間 的 Sammi ﹐ 身 型 明 顯 較 前 瘦 了 。 主 要 是 因 為 之 前 哮 喘 病 發 的 緣 故 ﹐ 消 瘦 後 更 被 取 笑 ﹐ 所 以 現 時 正 努 力 多 吃 以 達 增 肥 效 果 。 只 是 此 間 可 能 剛 病 好 ﹐ 所 以 仍 然 食 極 不 肥 。 雖 然 有 朋 友 大 表 羡 慕 ﹐ 不 過 她 就 寧 要 健 康 不 要 瘦 。 Sammi suddently appeared at the publicity activity of "Man's Best Friend" in yesterday afternoon. She was absent from the last 2 time coz she was working and getting sick in Taiwan. At first, she also not sure whether she can go to yesterday one or not coz she has to rehearse the "ICAC show" for last night but luckily that everything going on well and she could leave earlier. Sammi looks more skinny coz of her sickness and she even laughed by her friends coz she's too skinny!! She's eating more now in order to gain weight but it seems doesn't work coz she's not yet totally recover. Some of her friends envy about that but she just hope to be healthy is better than skinny.

Some of the fans cried and booed when they heard the hosts announced. However, Sammi didn't look unhappy or lost, she even attended the "celebration dinner"!!

When she attended the rehearsal of the "1998 Final JSG Award Ceremony" yesterday, she just suffered from nonstop sneezing and running tear. Concerning she's the top 3 of the most popular female singer, she said, "No matter top what or any awards for me, I just try my best and I'll attend the ceremony as usal. My record company haven't told me anything and I haven't asked too, just left it when the show time come. I'll face it will a clam attitude and let me cure my allergy first, hee..." TVB also showed the 12 gold statues of those candidates of the most popular male or female singers yesterday. It costs about HK$100,000 for each, and the winner can take this as his/her award. Sammi's statue is the most alike one among all the female singers. However, Sammi insisted not to take photo with "her" but circling around Andy's one! Hahaha!!
22/1	新 城 前 晚 在 紅 館 舉 行 《 勁 爆 頒 獎 禮 音 樂 會 98 》 ， Sammi 的 《 理 想 對 象 》奪 得 "Top One 勁 爆 卡 拉 OK 歌 曲 獎" 。 連 同 新 城 在 98 年 12 月 31 日 所 頒 發 的 兩 個 獎 項 ， Sammi 共 得 3 個 由 新 城 頒 發 的 獎 項!!! Sammi's Ideal Partner won "The most popular karaoke song in 1998" in the 997 Hit Radio Award Ceremony on 20th night! Together with the 2 prizes rec'd on 31th Dec 98, Sammi totally got 3 prizes from 997 Hit Radio!! Congratulations Sammi!!!

However, the representative of Taiwan SK-II said that they never thought about changing model and never contacted with Sammi before. Then the reporters asked Warner and the General Manager explained that a taiwanese agency is in charged with the negotiation of the advertisment and Sammi doesn't involve directly. Warner told the media not to give Sammi pressure and all the problems will be solved by the record company.

He plan to invite Sammi to act in 2 of them. Andy Lau will be the actor of "Blue Blood Person". When asked Andy who does he want to co-operate with, he thought it'll be nice if the blue blood person is acted by Sammi or Gigi Kwan coz both of them looks Cool. He thought they will look like foreigners if they wear blue contact lens.

The press conference is over $1,000,000!! Besides the moving background and stage, it's also decorated with a large white feather which imply Sammi sign the contract with Warner and a large vedio wall is set up by the side of the stage which showed the contract signing process. 12 tables of lunch buffet are prepared for the media. It's really serious that also the directors of Warner from different countries of South-East Asia also come here to attend the ceremony!! Warner also present a crystal bird to Sammi and hope her will "fly right up to the sky". Sammi like this kind of formal and serious environment very much and also she just hope someone will give her crystal as gift recently and now what a coincidence!! Sammi's contract will last for 2 years and planned that 2 canton albums and 1 mandarin album will be released in 1999.
4/1	Sammi 因 傷 風 感 冒 引 致 腸 胃 炎 抱 病 仍 堅 持 出 席 昨 日 之 「 十 優 歌 手 」 頒 獎 活 動 ﹐原 本 她 考 慮 過 缺 席 ﹐ 也 得 到 港 台 的 體 諒 ﹐ 但 為 了 怕 有 「 後 話 」 ﹐ 所 以 最 後 也 決 定 到 場 。 她 形 容 出 席 頒 獎 禮 猶 如 李 麗 珊 揚 帆 出 海 ﹐ 一 定 要 頭 玩 到 尾 ﹐ 有 說 李 麗 珊 有 另 一 半 支 持 ﹐ 她 的 另 一 半 安 仔 又 如 何 ﹖ 講 到 安 仔 她 哈 哈 大 笑 ﹐ 笑 言 不 要 講 他 。 而 安 仔 更 一 直 以 關 心 的 眼 神 遠 遠 望 住 Sammi ﹐ 更 在 經 過 其 身 邊 時 問 了 一 句 ﹕ 「 妳 無 事 呀 嘛 ﹖ 」 Sammi 即 臉 帶 笑 容 說 ﹕ 「 無 事 。 」 Sammi insisted to go to the award ceremony of "Best 10 singers" of RTHK even she caught flu and it coz stomach & gut problems yesterday!! Even RTHK and Warner aslo understand for her absence but she just afraid of those rumour just in case she's really absent. She thounght to attend those ceremonies just like Lee Lai Shan (the champion of surfing in the Olympic Games and the Asian Games) attend the surfing competitions, must attend from the beginning till the end (sport spirit)!! People just joking that Lee Lai Shan has her support from Sam Wong (her boyfriend) but how about Sammi?? When talked about Andy, Sammi just laughed happily and said pls don't talk about him. At the same time, people just saw Andy always looks at Sammi with concern in his eyes. When he pass Sammi, he asked Sammi, "Are u okay??" "I'm okay!" Sammi replied with smile.

When the reporters asked her feeling for the fail in Commercial Raido's Awarding Ceremony, she just said she faces it with esay heart and positive attitude and thanks for ppl who care about her. She think the marking scheme for the 4 ceremonies may be different and singers are passive and of course happy to receive the prize. She feels easy to the prizes and she believe each singers have their own reason to get the prize. Sammi doesn't affect by the result of Commercial Radio and for tonight's show, she changes 3 clothes and sings 6 songs!! The songs are "Wish Everybody Well", "Close & Tender Relationship", "Ideal Partner", "Pets" (new song), "Crying Game" and "Wish You Happy". She looks happy to meet her fans!!
