I’m a recently turned 26-year-old Brisbanite, of Greek and Spanish background, and I spend a lot of time racing open-wheel cars at 250km per hour...
The first half of 1999 has seen me take a long stay in Spain where I brushed up on my Spanish, tested out for racing teams, and enjoyed way too many bullfights and tapas bars. Outside of the sports arena, I’ve been pretty strongly involved in youth leadership activities in the Greek and Spanish communities of Brisbane, as well as sports groups.
My older brother Ari, and a friend, Jeremy, are both exPYs (SWY9 & 11 respectively) - so I’ve heard alot about the program and the experiences. Needless to say, I’m excited and very much looking forward to being part of the program!
