Johnny & Kirsty Together?
Ok, maybe I've been reading too many romantic comedies but I have to speculate about this.

Why Johnny and Kirsty?

Well for one thing Johnny seems to like Kirsty (note "like" not "Like"). I mean lets face it Johnny reserves one day a week to hang out with Kirsty, which is not something you do for someone you don't like. Another thing is that at the end of Johnny and the Bomb Kirsty is the only one to remember what happened besides Johnny, and she ran all the way back from her house to his too tell him that. Implying... well... implying that she thinks that... I don't know I just got the impression that she likes him (again note the lowercase l). They seem to respect each other. They get along. And they work well together. (Just working together is probably more than Kirsty does with most people.) I dunno... they just seem like a nice couple. (Hey, I've seen worse. Anybody ever read any Ranma?) And finally, lets face it, we've never seen Johnny interact with other girls his age, or in fact at all, making it kind of hard to talk about any other prospects.

So, how would they get together? Well...

1) They do spend a lot of time together so their friendship could simply grow into something more. Not to imply anytime a man and a woman are friends they have to become romance involved but... I have watched friends of mine fall in love this way so I know it's possible.

2) Kirsty decides that their going out would be good for Johnny. Kirsty is the type of person who works on projects and causes and it is not impossible that she could, in some twisted way, come to see Johnny as one.

Back to the Shrine.

{Author's note: Yes, I know that the character pictures are from another series but...

1) I haven't found any pictures of the Johnny cast on the net or anywhere else.

2) The pictures strike me as being, in a weird way, appropriate.
