Zhao Wen Zhou wants to be a comedy star
Zhao Wen Zhou (Chiu Man Cheuk) and Ken Wong Hap Hei have become pals during the production of The Blacksheep Affair (Bik Huet Nam Tin). Zhao Wen Zhou felt their days in Hungary would be worth remembering. He pointed out during the production they would run, eat, hang out, and even go to the spa together just like a pair of young lovers.
Wouldn't people mistake them for homosexuals? He joked, "I wouldn't pay attention to him." Nevertheless, Zhao Wen Zhou has encountered harassment from gay people. Reportedly on a day when he wasn't with Wong Hap Hei, he unknowingly walked into a "gay" spa, where he was followed by homosexuals. Zhao Wen Zhou said, "He can try (to touch)! It would be strange if I don't hit him." Zhao Wen Zhou then laughed, "I practice kung fu! I am not a homosexual."
Zhao Wen Zhou has only made a few films. He stressed that it's the quality not quantity that matters. On top of that, every one of his film has series of action scenes which exhausted a lot of energy, thus it's impossible for me to over produce. Zhao Wen Zhou said, in this film he had a feeling like he was gambling with his life, because for some of the dangerous scenes he was only 50% confident. As an action actor he couldn't escape those scenes. Zhao Wen Zhou also said, "Practically I like to laugh and play a lot, but there hasn't been any producers offering me comedy roles."
