Sailor Pewter Fox is from the Drama plays only, specifically Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, the first play. After that, her character kinda disappeared^^*. Being that there's no Lead Crow in the Drama, of all the Animates in the play, Pewter Fox is the leader of the pack, not only bossing the other animates around but getting quite a few solo singing roles. The part of Pewter Fox was played by Kurei (?) for the summer of 1996 only, and later the part was filled by actress Junko Iemura for the winter of 1997. It does make sense that she runs the Animates in the play, for the Fox is quite a signifigant animal in Japanese myth. Kitsune, or foxes, could be found to be very powerful and tricky demons. They have many tails, usually indicating the age(and power level) of the demon, and they could take the shape of just about anything, but usually appeared as pretty women, who seduced men and killed them. |
