Once you have recieved an e-mail with your site ID, all you have to do is fill in the blanks in the HTML you recieved with info that applies to you. Here is a legend:

--yourname-- = Type your name and/or alias here.
--yourID-- = Type the ID you recieved in that e-mail here.
