Eggs with Chorizo or Huevos con Chorizo - Easy Mexican Recipe For Mexican Starter Dish Course
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 30g chorizo or other spicy sausage (casing removed)

How to make Eggs with Chorizo or Huevos con Chorizo:
- Heat oil in pan, add chorizo and saute for about 4 mins
- In a bowl, beat eggs lightly and add salt
- Pour into pan and mix with the chorizo
- Cook for about 3 mins or just before eggs start to set, stirring occasionally
- Serve with crumbled queso fresco or morzeralla or fresh
salsa and tortillas
