Please inform me if there are any errors in the story, or if any problems persist. And forgive me if there's anything that isn't accurate with the story, since I haven't watched the movie yet! I only got the story from movie reviews, and thus had to translate them from Chinese to English, while my translation isn't at all perfect. Do inform me if there's any inaccuracy in the story so I can correct it and thus won't mislead any other readers who haven't watched the movie yet. And forgive me for not knowing the names of Leon and Sui Kei as well as other characters in the movie. Once again, I haven't watched the movie yet! But I intend to as soon as the movie comes out in Canada(I live in Canada, and not in any major cities where there are Chinese movie theatres, so it would be a while till I can finally watch the movie)!
New Love Generation is yet another love story of Leon and three girls, Lau Kar Ling, Lee Ann, and Sui Kei. Bill(Leon) and May Sui(Lau Kar Ling) used to be lovers, who were both poor and had to work very hard just to fill their stomaches. On a rainy night, they had an argument and they broke up. Leon had a bestfriend in the movie(bestfriend in life as well), Mark Lui, who was studying Dentistry. Mark has a sister named Moon(Lee Ann). 6 years later, Bill, who was a talented businessman in economics, made his way to the top and was now a very wealthy financier. He had about US$20 billion liquid cash in hand(Wow! I wish I have that much money!). Moon had also became Bill's personal secretary. He had a new girlfriend Joey(Sui Kei), who was a very famous actress. They had problems in their relationship but they ignored it. That was unitl Bill met May Sui again in Japan. May Sui thought Bill was still very poor and told him to find a job with her new boyfriend, Peace's help. Bill, wanting to court May Sui again, went to Peace. His true identity was soon discovered and Bill was competing for May Sui with Peace, who was actually a mafia leader. But he loved May Sui very much. In the end, Bill realized that his true love for for Moon, not Joey, or May Sui, or anybody else. So everyone had an happy ending and that's the end of the story.
