NAME: Carp

APPEARANCE:  Snappy business suit, with davas in place of the slacks.  Fish
head.

PERSONALITY: Right now, a smarmy businessman.  But who knows, next week he
could be a crack-addicted punk rocker, or something.  Sticking to a
consistant personality is not one of his strong points.

AFFILIATION: Aluminum Siren follower and Shogunate member, I believe.  Not
Uranus's Legsian, dammit!  He'll never go back to her!  Not after how she
treated him!  Not after...sniff...breaking his heart like that...sniffle...I'm
sorry, I don't want to talk about this any more.

GOALS: To convert the entire population of Otaku World to OW!98.  Other than
that, he'll do Shogun stuff.  Y'know, evil.

ITEMS: Gratuitous Unfunny Reference Cannon, security blanket, all the special
features of OW!98

ALLIES: The other Shogun members.  Nightman, Cape-Mike, Sib, Rooks, GAPeach,
Tokoz, Ophelia, etc.  He's also had many sidekicks in the past, and could call
on any of them at any time.

ENEMIES: Ryu, the big jerk.  And also Luna-kun, who keeps trying to eat him.
And not the fun sexual meaning of "eat".

OTHER NOTES: Because of his head, Carp cannot facefault, sweatdrop, or piku,
whatever the hell that is.
