Chibi Thunder

Appearance:
Little black haired boy dressed in a kawaii white and green suit that mimicks the uniform worn 
by Malachite. Essentially grey is replaced with white and green replaced the lining. The 
gemstones on the shoulders are dark emeralds and he has a kawaii little cape that is green on the 
outside and white underneath. His head probably reaches up to most normal otaku's waist, except 
for other chibi-sized characters of course.

Personality: 
Just an otaku that spends *way* too much time acting kawaii. If he got any worse people would 
start making webpages about him. (CURE and CUTE anyone? :) If there's a way of looking kawaii 
about being hit in the head with a baseball bat, he'd find it. :)

Objectives: To look kawaii and worship Makochan! Also to help any allies he makes and to look 
menacing (very kawaii!) at those who threaten them.

Weapons/Powers: 
Chibi Thunder Punch!: Basically he punches with all his little strength, but manages to do some 
pretty hefty damage... his hand grows to about his size. I guess he shouldn't be able to punch 
like this since there's no way he'd be able to lift his hand, but considering how his hand 
shouldn't be able to grow that large in the first place... Let's just say it's magic or
something. :) A thunder clap is heard if he successfully hits anything.
