Makoto's OW! Status!

Makoto has a decently large faction in the Wars!, led by Cape-Mike, a Shogunate member. Makoto does not frequently appear in the Wars!.

The Makochanians have a spaceship, the IO-A. The Shogunate has no knowlage of a Makochanian homepage.
