Inu-Yasha
Inu-Yasha is the newest series by Rumiko Takahashi. ^_^ I love this one! It's about a demon/boy (or half youkai), Inu-Yasha, and a high-school girl, Kagome. The series has been translated to English already, and is already in stores. The Japanese version has been put into 4 books already.
The plot is different from Ranma 1/2, it has more of a whole story line to it, and has a more serious tone. Also, the main male character (Inu-Yasha), and the main female character (Kagome) get along better than Ranma and Akane. They don't "hate" each other nearly as much.
