The Starlight Senshi

The Starlights came to Earth in search of their princess: Princess Kakyuu. Their home planet, Kinmoku, had been destroyed by Galaxia, and their princess had fled to Earth. Her three loyal guardians had followed her. On Earth, they began searching, taking on the identities of three male idol singers: Kou Seiya, Kou Yaten, and Kou Taiki. They formed a popular group named the Three Lights. Note: Their first names are all Kou, so people call them by their last names to not be confused. That also means they are NOT brothers/sisters.
Kou Seiya - Seiya is the leader of the Starlights, Sailor Star Fighter. He is also the youngest member of the group. Seiya likes to play sports, namely football, and, of course, likes to sing. The first time he met Usagi was at the airport, right after Mamoru left. The Three Lights were escaping a mob, and Usagi was fainting, in their way. Seiya caught her, and carried her to safety. Also, one time, at a movie shoot, Seiya caught Usagi trespassing in a restricted area. From then on, he called her Odango Atama. (Of course, Usagi was infuriated at first, since that is Mamoru's name for her. ) As the Sailor Stars series goes on, it becomes apparent that Seiya likes Usagi. Yaten and Taiki begin to forbid him to see Usagi, as their mission was to find the princess, and not to associate with other-world senshi. However, Seiya sticks with Usagi through many problems, and the two develop a deep friendship.
Kou Taiki - Taiki is the second oldest of the Starlights. He is very smart, like Ami. At one time, he even beat her on a test. Taiki is the less outspoken one. He transforms into Sailor Star Healer. Taiki is like Yaten. and pretty much opposed to associating with the out-world senshi too much. At some times, he may seem kind of uncaring and cold, but he really does care about small things, like when he visited a sick girl in the hospital.
Kou Yaten - The shortest and oldest of the group is Yaten. Yaten acts quite bored with what is going on most of the time, and speaks with the voice that goes, "Do you really think I care?" As for activities, Yaten despises getting sweaty, so is usually on the sidelines while watching Seiya. Yaten is also the more "feminine" one of the group. (considering all three are really female though...) As with Taiki, Yaten is pretty much against helping out the out-world senshi, and doesn't like Seiya associating with Usagi. As the series goes on, Yaten also develops a friendship with Luna.
