Mina/Minako
Mina, of all the Scouts is the one closest in personality to Serena. She too is always late, clutzy, loves shopping and chasing boys. She was the fifth Scout to be discovered along with her guardian, Artemis(white cat with moon-cresent tattoo like Luna):

She like all the others was a Princess of her own planet and was part of Princess Serena's court. She completed the Inner Senshi. Also like the rest, she too is a loyal friend and protector of both the Moon Princess and the Earth.
