Raye/Rei
Raye lives at a temple that is run by her rather eccentric grandfather. Raye has special ESP powers and can sense when evil is near. She can be pushy and a little bossey but is known to be a hard worker. When evil forces try to take over her grandfather's temple they discover that she too is a Scout:

She too was a Princess of her own planet and part of Princess Serena's court. Raye and Serena are always arguing and are constantly bickering at each other. But when push comes to shove Raye is right there to protect Serena. In the end she is a true friend and loyal protector of both Princess Serena and the Earth.
