After listening to this album several times, I have to say that it's a great
album, which is pretty weird because I don't usually like albums in English.
I think it's because of the 2 singers: Kate (a singer that I've always liked)
from the B-52's and Yuki, the kawaii vocalist from Judy & Mary (my favorite
band).

How can I describe their music? Well, it's literally Judy & Mary meets the
B-52's. Songs like "Hairspray" sound like the B-52's, while "Super Hero"
& "When I Ask You" sound like they came from a JAM album. Then there's
the song "Route 246" which either group could've had on their previous albums.
I feel that both the B-52's & JAM are very similar because they both have
cute, quirky songs and at the same time they also have pretty ballads.

While some might have though a collaboration between these two singers was
unusual, listening to them, you can tell it worked out well because their
voices compliment each other: Kate with her beautiful clear voice & Yuki
with her raspy, yet high-pitched vocals.

Some complaints I have about this album is that Kate has 3 solos & Yuki only
has 2, Yuki's songs are slow, somber ones, not anything as cool as "Kujira
12-gou" or cute as "Cheese Pizza," and on this album, it seems that Yuki's
major contribution is the background vocals. That could be the reason why
after I listen to this album, I suddenly have the urge to switch to JAM's Miracle
Diving or live CDs to hear the REAL Yuki.

   1. Take 27--An intro. "Hello everbody, nice to meet you, we're NiNa!"

   2. Super Hero--Intro sounds like "Jesus! Jesus!" A great, powerful
opening song that should be released as a single.

   3. Hairspray--A cute one that sounds like a typical quirky B-52's
song. You gotta hear it for Yuki's "Willy nilly" parts. :)

   4. Aurora Tour--(A single) I like this single better than their
first one because it's a nice laid-back song. It's cool when they both
      sing the Japanese parts.

   5. In the Park--A beautiful Kate song.

   6. Rest In Peace--A Yuki song. This is the first song that I've
ever heard in which she talks more than sings. The words to this song
are beautiful & the song itself is moody, but I guess it'd have to be.
Kate sings some of the background vocals in Japanese. I didn't really
like this song because it depressed me, but it's an ok song now.

   7. Hashi Yasume--interlude

   8. Route 246--Sounds exactly how a B-52's/JAM collaboration
ought to sound: fun, quirky music! The lyrics are very Shonen Knife.
You can tell they had fun singing this song.

   9. Happy Tomorrow--(a single) From the J-dorama "Kanojotachi
      no Jidai." Not bad.

  10. Old Delhi--Kind of a bluesy rock & roll song. A song
      about spicy curry. Strange.

  11. I Remember You--A Kate song. When I listened to this
song, it sounded familiar, then I realized that it has a very similar
tune as Yuki's "Rest In Peace" song. I like this one better, though.

  12. Film--A Kate song. It's an average song. Eh.

  13. When I Ask You--A Yuki song. This is the most emotional
song on the album. Yuki sounds great--her voice is beautiful & evokes
such raw emotion. If I had to compare this to a JAM song, it'd be
"Lover Soul" because of the powerful guitar solo towards the ending.

Rating 8.5 out of 10!!!
