Cut my life into peices
I've reached my last resort
Sufforcation, No breathing
Don't give a f*** if I cut my arm bleeding
Do you even care if I die bleeding
Would it be wrong, would it be right
If I took my life tonight
Chances are that I might
Mutilation out of sight
And I'm contemplating suicide
'Cause I'm losing my sight, losing my mind
Wish somebody would tell me I'm fine
Nothing's alright, nothing is fine
I'm running and I'm crying
I never realized I was spread too thin
Till it was too late and I was empty within
Hungry, feeding on chaos and living in sin
Downward spiral, where do I begin?
It all started when I lost my mother
No love for myself and no love for another
Searching to find a love upon a higher level
Finding nothing but questions and devils
I can't go on living this way

"AMI!" Lita cried and crouched down next to the other
girl. Removing her jacket, she placed it around Ami's
shoulders. "Ami, sweetheart, are you alright? What
happened?"
Ami had stopped crying when Lita called her name, but
she still wasn't speaking. She hugged her knees close
to her chest and just sat there.
"Whats wrong, Ami? Have I done something-"
"YOU HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING!!" The outburst surprised
both girls, but Ami didn't apologize. Instead she
violently pushed Lita away from her as she stood, new
tears falling from her face. Ami was staring ahead of
her, her fists clenched at her side. Lita silently and
slowly stood up. She wasn't sure what was wrong with
Ami, but she was strong.
"Ami...?" Lita slowly walked towards the other girl.
As she was about to reach for Ami's hand, Ami took off
into a run. Lita, although surprised, was able to
catch up with the blue haired girl. Finally catching
up to Ami, Lita grabbed Ami's wrist to make her stop.
Tears again sprang to her eyes as Ami called out in
pain. "God, Lita LET GO OF MEEEEEE!" Ami's voice was
strained. Lita didn't let go or losen her grip.
"Please, Lita...Let go..." Ami fell to her knees, her
right hand still being held by Lita who didn't fall
with her.
"Not until you tell me whats wrong, Ami. Your mother
is worried about you! Where the hell have you been
these past few days!?" Lita could feel her eyes begin
to sting with unshed tears, but she blinked them back.
She couldn't cry right now.
Ami had her head bowed and eyes tightly closed. "You
wouldn't understand...No one could..." At this, Lita's
grip did losen. But, she didn't let go. She reached
down and pulled Ami up to her feet.
Lita placed her right hand on Ami's cheek. *She's so
cold* Lita thought. "How do you know I wouldn't
understand? If you would just tell me whats wrong..."
Lita released Ami's wrist and both her hands on Ami's
face so she could look into her eyes.
"Please...Ami...?"
"Lita..." Ami's voice was strained again. Closing her
eyes tightly again, Ami pushed Lita away from her. Ami
turned and again, ran. Lita had fallen and wasn't able
to catch up with her again.
"AMI! COME BACK!" Lita jumped up and yelled.
But, she knew Ami wouldn't come back. "Dammit!" Lita
felt sweat on her hands. She rubbed her hands on her
jeans, they became sticky. "What the-?" Lita walked to
the nerest light pole and looked at her hand. It was
covered in blood. "Where did this come from? I'm not
bleeding am I," she asked her self as she examined any
places that she might be bleeding from. Then it struck
her...She was holding Ami's wrist...when she had
grabbed it...
::flashback::
"God, Lita LET GO OF MEEEEEE!"
::end flashback::
...Ami had cried out in pain. Slowly looking back up
to the direction Ami had taken off in, a tear made
it's way down Lita's face. "Oh, Ami..."

Ami ran...from what, she didn't know. All she knew was
she had to get away. Her actions had been
discovered... People would now know...The whispering
would soon start...Ami wouldn't be able to take that.
She felt as if she needed to end this misery known as
her life...NOW!
She ran with out looking where she was going. When she
did finally realized where she was, she noticed she
had ran to the docks. Stopping to look around, she
noticed that if she killed herself here, no one would
notice. Looking around, she saw a loading bridge for
maybe a large cruise boat. Running to it, she stopped
to see how high it was...25 feet...50 maybe. She
slowly began to walk up the bridge to the very end of
it...

Darien led Serena off from the dinner, making sure she
wouldn't fall from the slickness of the ramp. Finally
off the ramp, Serena began to talk again.
"I had such a great time, Darien. Thanks for taking me
out tonight," She said, holding his arm tighter.
Darien smiled. He loved making her happy. "You're
welcome, Serena. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself." When
he didn't get an answer from her like he usually did,
he looked to see what was wrong. "Serena, you ok?"
Serena had looked over to her left and saw a figure
walking up a ramp. She was close enough to tell that
the person was not a dock worker. Narrowing her eyes,
Serena could make out some details: the person was
female, maybe her own age. With short...blue...hair...
Then it clicked. Serena only knew one person with
short blue hair. Panic rising from her stomache,
Serena let go of Darien's arm and began to to run to
the ramp. Despite the hills she wore, she didn't fall
down.
As Serena ran, things began to click in her mind.
*This makes all of Ami's secracy make sense. Oh God,
Ami...Please don't jump...please don't jump...* As
Serena reached the ramp, she stopped and looked up.
"AMI!!" The girl at the top of the ramp stopped,
turned and did a double take. So did Serena. "AMI!"
Serena again took off up the ramp. The girl at the top
turned again and ran for the edge. As Serena neared
Ami, she slipped from the wetness from the water on
the ramp. She fell to her knees. Trying to get back
up, she saw Darien run past her. She had forgotten
about him when she had seen Ami. Serena watched in
horror as Ami reached the end of the ramp and fell
forward.
Tears formed in Serena's eyes as she saw Darien fall
to his knees at the end of the dock. Closing her eyes,
Serena cried out,...
"AMI!!!...NOOOOO!!"
