Chibi Chibi

Chibi Chibi is from the future like Rini. She has a umbrella which she used to float down. She stays with Serena( who else?) All she can say is "Chibi Chibi"

Chibi is actually part of Sailor Galaxia, the main bad guy in Sailor Stars. In Sailor Stars, the subject of Star seeds occurs, and Sailor Galaxia main goal was to find Star Seeds. Chibi Chibi has Galaxia's Star Seed within her and seeked Sailor Moon's help to bring back Sailor Galaxia to the good side.
