A Little Lesson in Language ^_^
Here is a little help on understanding a little bit of Japanese:

Names:
When you are addressing someone (in Japanese of course) you have four choices. There is 'chan', 'san', 'kun', and 'sama'

'Chan':
-'Chan' is only used when you are an older person talking to a younger person. Really only girls use this form of address. You never EVER call someone older 14 'chan' because it's kinda like you're talking condensending towards them. Most girls stop using 'chan' at the age 14. Although as you hear in Sailor Moon they call each other 'Usagi-chan' or 'Rei-chan'. In Fushigi Yuugi they use 'Yui-chan' but this is because they are very close. 'Chan' means cute or little.

'San':
-'San' is a formal use of address. It's like Americans calling someone Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. In school they say the 'last name-san' for example: "Yuki-san answer the question". Or you use it to address someone older then you, like an adult or a teacher.

'Kun':
-'Kun' is pretty much like 'san'. You use it to address people who are younger then you (but older then 14).

'Sama':
-'Sama' is what you use in the form of high respect or very formal (king, queen, boss, quite often a customer). Like 'Hotohori-sama' or 'Miaka-sama'.
