TEMPERMENT: Ryoko is a shy girl, with a tendency towards formality. She is also normally fairly quiet, but becomes very loud when excited or scared (which usually amount to the same thing with her). She is an extreme perfectionist (learned from her mother), and doesn't believe herself exceptionally skilled at anything.

She loves martial arts, and isn't particular afraid of hard work or pain, but is terrified of a number of other things. She is mostly afraid of failing to protect her sister, failing in her familial duty, or otherwise shaming herself (which could lead to death in the form of seppuku as far as she believes). Despite her tendency to panic she feels honorbound to complete tasks put before her. She also honestly enjoys housework, cooking and such. Though her versions of such chores are distinctly Saotome (they look like martial arts katas).

Ryoko's main problem is the fact that she's a doormat when it comes to defending herself. Comments on her family will invoke strong emotions in her, and violence if pushed far enough. Talk about her, however, and she'll probably agree with everything you say bad about her. Compliments or apologies to her completely set her off balance, and she'll accept them only cautiously.

BRIEF HISTORY: Ryoko has lived all her life with her mother, father and sister. She's lived a fairly average life compared to what one would expect from a Saotome. Her mother kept a firm leash on Genma this time around. Despite this she only narrowly escaped the Neko-ken training. She's been mostly responsible for Joseibi through there lives.

Ryoko learned about her brother after her sister was cursed in Jusenkyo. Nodoka, it seems, was tired of trying to keep track of her husband and her daughters. After meeting him and seeing him fight she nearly sees him as infallible. Ryoko has recently been engaged to Lee Kyu Hwang and Ryuuma Kumon. Though she only knows about the first.

"Lee-san," is nice to her, though she has yet to figure out why. She is physically attracted to Yo'Ni's male form, and what she's seen of her personality is nice as well so far. However, between Yo'Ni and Kwang she is more likely to respond to Kwang.

MAIN GOAL: Ryoko's main goal is to prove herself "worthy" of being a Saotome. Aside from that, unfortunately for the people involved, she is determined to make Joseibi a proper young lady, and to unite Kodachi and Kwang as a real family.

Unfortunately for everybody within earshot of the attempts, she's trying to learn how to sing. The scary thing is that she has improved from when she was younger.
