NAME: Yin-Yang AGE: 16 in human years (112 in dog years, taking that there are 7 dogs years for every human year) PARENTS: Checkers (Shirokuro) "Hibiki" & Unknown male PRIMARY MARTIAL ARTS STYLE: Canine-fu and Martial Rythmic Gymanastics CURSED FORM: Human girl BEST FRIEND: Akira (mentioned in history) PRESENT NEMESIS: Anyone who threatens the Hibiki family LOVES: None LOVED BY: None TEMPERMENT: Yin-Yang cares very deeply for those she considers friends and does not hide her true emotions towards a person. She considers herself a confidant to anyone who needs to talk. Her loyalty to the Hibikis is practically unquestionable. As a human she's more wary of expressesing her feelings ,but her canine nature is conspicous. She's exteremly difficult to insult. 'Bitch' has no effect for obvious reasons. Though not an insult she doesn't like to be referred to as Lassie. It's the one of the few things tha gets on her nerves. If managed to be deeply hurt, she keeps it to herself. It doesn't matter what happens to her emotions. As long as those she cares about are happy, she is statisfied. BRIEF HISTORY: Like Pantyhose, Yin-Yang has had her cursed form for most of her life. Her cursed form also confuses people. Those who know her true form never really get use to the fact that she's really a dog. She was a pup in the last litter Checkers would have. When the litter was old enough to be given away, Ryouga took the puppies with him on one of his trips. As always he soon found himself lost and ended up in China somehow. Yin-Yang was accidently pushed off a small cliff when playing. Ryouga never noticed until it was too late. Surprisingly, she survived the fall and she ended up finding herself in Jusenkyo. Shortly after she fell into the spring of the drowned girl when attempting to catch a frog. The Jusenkyo Guide found her as a human girl and took her in. Yin-Yang was the first word she said and it was assumed to be her name. A short time later, a couple came to Jusenkyo and adopted her. They soon found out she was actually a dog through her canine characteristics and her rejection to clothing. That and they gave her a hot bath :)P In the end they didn't care that she was a dog. Since she was young, Yin-Yang was able to be raised in human customs and learned the language better than the normal canine. Yet Yin-Yang was able to be raised in canine customs as well when she rescued a retired fighting dog and his mate. So she grew up with two sets of parents ,both who taught her fighting styles. From her human mother she learned Martial Rythmic Gymnastics and from her canine father she learned Canine-Fu. Out of the two she is more deadlier in Canine-Fu. She considers herself fortunate in the latter since not all the canines in her neighborhood tolerated her human form. Some of them were the ones who attacked her both physically and verbally with the belief that a dog should not experience the power humans had. Having few canine friends, she turned to humans to try and kindle frienships. Which she was able to with Akira who ended up to be part of the cause (but not to blame) for being kicked out of school. She was kicked out of her high school for walking into the boy's locker room after her friend Akira for the hundreth time. Afterwards she decided to look for her birth mother and her master when inspired by something her canine father and Akira said. So, with permission, she left with only a pack ,memory of a scent, and a dog's excellent sense of direction. MAIN GOAL: At first her main goal was to find her mother. The goal she is now considering is becoming the next Dr. Dolittle and thanks to her curse that is exteremly possible. CREATOR: Catney PICTURE BY: Catney |
