History: Kousei was born and raised in Caerleon. She is the a member of the noble class. She was sent to an elite academy to learn all she would need to know about her position in life. She took swordmanship and gymnastics as side classes. Kousei has found she has the strange ability to read and manipulate people's emotions, which she doesn't do very often because she feels emotions are private things.

Henshin Object: A black star pendant on a silver chain with a blue Libra symbol.

Transformation: Libra Cosmic Star Power, Make-up! She holds the star pendant above her head and it grows large enough to cover her whole body. A bolt of black lightening strikes it, cracking it open to reveal Sailor Libra holding the Houmudaijin above her head.

Attacks: Houmudaijin Lightning Judgement: She puts the Houmudaijin in front of her face with the blade edge pointing forward and blue light gathers around it. She raises it above her head and a black bolt of lightning strikes it and she makes a movement as if slicing something and if the foe hadn't moved far, a slice mark would appear on their body.

Houmudaijin Deliverence: She kneels on the floor and holds the Houmudaijin on top of her flat hands in a position of surrender, but then she chants Houmudaijin Deliverence 4 times and the sword glows black and takes on a life of its own and attacks the foe if they are unworthy.
