Dresses in white robes with gold trim, a silver chasuble, white boots, crescent moon amulet, crowned cap of white with gold trim and moon emblem on brow.

Personality: intelligent; charismatic; relaxed demeanor; sometimes paranoid; neurotic; cynical.

History: Emilius is the Pontifex of the Moon Monastery, located across the Lunar Palace from the river leading into the Sea of Serenity. Pontifex Emilius is a respected and powerful figure in Caerleon. Several years ago, while an Archbishop in the Lunar Church, he was chosen by the Maiden of Misery as a pawn, and Azazrael attempted possession of the Archbishop. His own strong will and devotion to the Light gave him resistance, but he caved in after a time and fell from grace. Acting as a double agent for the Order, he survived the assassinations of corrupted Church officials by the angel Briga. The Order arranged for the assassination of the Church's head, the Pontifex, as retaliation. The Choosing of the next leader was rigged, Emilius given a shard of the Hellstone by Azazrael, ensuring his election. Now, Pontifex Emilius acts as a scout for the Order of Azazrael, informing his demon mistress of the Soldiers of Light's operations and keeping public opinion through the church against the angelic senshi. There are none in Caerleon who suspect his turning, and Pontifex Emilius intends to reveal his true allegiance only when the Order has taken full control of the Moon.

Firebolt
Gathering a small amount of elemental energies, combined with the energies of Darkness, Emilius hurls darts of hellfire from the head of his staff at those who would seek to injure him.

Teleportation
Making the correct gestures and incantations, Emilius is able to transverse the Ether. Without the aide of waypoints or portals, he may teleport anywhere within his immediate vicinity. When he performs this spell, a white haze will appear around his body before the actual teleportation, and a ring of light will appear around the site where he will appear. This spell is used to evade capture or reach otherwise inaccessible areas.

Lightning Spire
From the head of his staff, Emilius charges the ions in the air surrounding him, discharging bursts of electrical energy in one of three forms: a single bolt, many bolts, or a wave of electrical energy that does massive damage.
