Iakri Gendou is the father of Shinji and he is the director of all of NERV's operations. I don't really care for this man because he doesn't have a heart. Even when his son goes through pain, he doesn't seem to care.

Kozo Fuyutsuki is Ikaris Gendou's second in command. He has a warmer personality.

Dr. Ritsuko Akagi is the Chief Director of NERV's Technical Division 1.

Misato Katsuragi is my second favorite character in Neon Genisis Evangelion. She is the Opererations Planning Manager of NERV and Asuka and Shinji's guardian
