Setsuna first appears at the end of Sailor Moon R. She is the guardian of time and the sailor senshi of revolution. She also has the ability to see into the future and can control time. Sailor Pluto and Sailor Saturn are tied for most powerful senshi because Sailor Pluto can stop time (which is forbidden) and Sailor Saturn can destroy the world. key-like staff with the third talisman, the garnet orb . She is very mysterious and besides Sailor Saturn, she is the least seen senshi. Her dream is to become a fashion designer. Along with Michiru and Huruka, she helps raise Hotaru (theres an explaination for this in Sailor Saturn's information). She is tied for my favorite senshi, along with Sailor Saturn. Theres nothing else that I can really say about her because she's hardly ever seen, so once I think of anything else to say.. I'll say it!

Dead Scream: Sailor Pluto whispers this which can destroys things that get in her way.
Dark Dome Close: She says this to stop time. It is her forbbiden attack.
