4.3.99 Nat

While Sugi and Ryu were in throes of ecstasy, the door flew open with a deft
kick and Ino was standing at the doorstep, emanating an aura of silent fury.

“Leave J alone.” Ino said quietly staring coldly at Sugi, as if totally
oblivious to the fact that he was interrupting their rendezvous.

“What the fxxking hell?!?! This is the second time that you’ve intruded upon
our reverie already!! Will you please learn some goddamn manners? Get out of
the room immediately!!!” Ryu was both ashamed and enraged at being caught in
such a compromising situation by a virtual stranger.

“Now, now Ryu, he must have a really good reason to barge in on us like
that. To make things easier, I’ll go over and listen to what he’s gotta
say.” Sugi smiled slyly and without the slightest hint of embarrassment, he
flung aside the bedsheets and walked stark naked towards Ino.

Ion felt his pulse quicken at the sight of such proud perfection striding so
purposefully towards him. Yet unlike J, he was not about to let base human
instincts get to his head.

“Quit playing games Sugi. Stop using me to blackmail J into being your sex
slave.” Ino said dangerously.

“Ah, dear dear _dear_ Ino, it breaks my heart to be so wronged by you. I
never even _needed_ to play any games, for J is my willing slave – it’s
well known _fact_ that _nobody_ could ever resist my charm. Why should I
need to use you to blackmail J?”

“Whatever. Just get out of our lives. You don’t need him, you already have
Ryu. How do you think _he_ feels? At your running around in the bushes with
practically all of Luna, playing your mindless games of animal pleasure. You
love
Ryu don’t you? I feel so sorry for Ryu. If you
have a heart at all, stop this madness.” Ino burst out, not knowing why he
was all of a sudden speaking in defence of the man who had sent people to
beat him up senseless, yet he felt strangely compelled to do so.

For once, Sugi was rendered momentarily speechless, for Ino had actually
dared to venture into this taboo topic – no one dared to comment on his
relationship with Ryu. Even as Ryu looked at Sugi with hopeful eyes, the
proud Sugi would never admit defeat – never admit that he really _needed_
Ryu.

“Ryu?” Sugi laughed “He’s just another one of my many disposable sex slaves.
The only difference is he fits me like a glove. That’s what’s between us:
_pure animal lust_, nothing else.”

There was a stunned silence. It was broken by a heartbreaking sob from the
solitary figure on the bed, and the rustling of clothes, as Ryu ran out of
the room, tears streaking his delicate features.

Sugi too broke down and sobbed like a baby in Ino’s chest, throwing him
totally off balance.

“I… I… I really donno why I said all that. It’s just…so…difficult for me to
commit to a relationship. I was an orphan just like you, adopted by a
billionaire. He gave me all there was to give, and I thought he loved me.
But what he expected in return was… was… sexual favours. I could not resist,
he… would force himself on me…” Ino let his guard down entirely as Sugi
raised his head to look at him with eyes that spoke of such infinite
betrayal and sorrow, reflecting the deepest vulnerability in such a proud
person. “I…find it so hard to admit my feelings… for fear that the person
would turn his back on me…”

All of a sudden, as if seizing the opportunity, Sugi pushed Ino against the
wall and pinned him against the wall, kissing him roughly: “You bought that
didn’t you? Everyone believes it when I tell that story to them. Humans can
be manipulated so easily.”

Ino used all his strength to fling Sugi away from himself. He was thoroughly
disgusted with this specimen of a human being – how _could_ he make up a sob
story just to distract someone’s attention? Was he capable of any decency at
all? Ino left the room feeling deeply defiled.

Hisashi was typing away furiously at the Mac in his dormitory while the rest
of the school was (dozing off) at class. He preferred to spend time by
himself in his room, because he felt he had nothing to earn from his
teachers. In fact, his teachers often found themselves at a lost of words
when Hisashi pointed out their tiniest mistakes, so it suited both parties
that he frequently played truant.

“You have new mail”

Hisashi felt his pulse quicken as he clicked on the mailbox icon. Could it
be him? He let slip a rare smile as he read his mail:

              Hisashi-kun,
Meet you tomorrow at the clock tower at 12.
