Bacon Coleslaw

1 cup crumbled crisped bacon
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper


Mix all ingredients in large bowl; refregerate about 1 hour.
