I changed the wallpaper to .jpg format. I had to do this because
of the lack of space. You will need to get a program to change it back
to .bmp to use it.

Finally!!! An animated cursor was finally done!!! :) A wallpaper
was finally put up too!!! And also, another Startup logo added.

Added a Ranma Web Ring page, but I'm still waiting for the ring
master's reply to let me into the ring. Added a nice little counter too.
