2. Principles & Secrets of Training the I.T.F. System
3. Patterns: Chon-Ji to Choong Moo

Lunch

Re-start 2:00pm

1. Theory & Practice of Free Sparring
2. Some Application of Self Defense
3. Explanation of the Do

Ends at 4:30pm

Day 2 - Red Belts and Black Belts

Start: 10:00am
1. Patterns: One selected pattern by participants per Degree from 1st to 5th Dan
2. How to Teach Patterns, Free Sparring and Self Defense
3. The Code of Ethics
4. I.T.F. Action Plan for 2004
Lunch: 12:00pm - 2:00pm

4:00pm - 6:00pm - Black Belt Test from 3rd Degree and up

Costs:
Saturday (Gup Day) : JA$1,500.00 per
Saturday and Sunday (Red and Black Belts): US$65.00 (or J$ Equivalent @ buying rate)
