Published in 1998, this artbook is named the Clow Card series and contains 76 original illustrations first published from 1996 to 1998. What I first noticed is the general colouring of the images, palettes are bright and bold with the ranging use of contrasting colours. If you're a fan of Mokona Apapa-style colouring you might find this artbook to your liking since it's so...well, Apapa-esque :) On the other hand if you're fond of soft, pastel-hued images, chances are you'll find volume 2 and 3 of the artbook series more to your taste.

The illustrations mostly come from Nakayoshi monthly colour inserts although there are a couple furoku images here and there.

A bonus 2-page poster is included at the back. It has the girls (Sakura, Tomoyo, Naoko, Rika and Chiharu) drawn as angels and the boys(Syaoran, Touya, Yamazaki and Yukito) as black winged devils on a treetop (I can hear someone protesting, 'Where's Fujitaka?!' already...^^).

There's also an interesting 15-page manga as a bonus. It's about Sakura catching fever and we discover how she always drinks honey milk when she's sick. Overall this is a pretty nifty illustration collection...go get it!
