Jason is a singer/songwriter/recording artist currently residing in Manhattan, NYC. Though born and raised in Manhattan, Jason honed and refined his musical chops during a six-year stay in Boston fronting an alternative rock band and playing the club scene in the New England area.
In 2001, Jason decided to leave Boston and the alternative rock genre behind. He returned to NYC to concentrate on a career as a solo artist. After recording three CD's, Jason's music has won him some attention and exposure - his song 'Pill' was featured in the Neil Turitz independent film Two Ninas. And his song 'Second Skin' was also featured in an indy film released nationally in India. Jason is currently playing out around the NYC area and is in search of a record deal.
Jason's music has been described by many as soulful pop music. His voice and music are sophisticated, easy on the ear, cerebral, yet with a hip and modern edge. Jason counts Peter Gabriel, Neil Finn, Seal, and U2 among his major influences. For samples of Jason's music, please look below...
