This document is written in Russian using ANSI fonts. If you don’t have such fonts you may download one now. After downloading the file font.zip, unzip it and follow the installation instructions. To install the font (TimesET) start Control Panel, choose “Fonts” there, then press ‘Add..’ button. Select the directory to which you unpacked font.zip and push ‘Select All’ button. Then press OK. The font is installed.
After the installation you should configure your Internet browser to use this font. If you are using Netscape, choose in the menu:
Options-->Document Encoding-->Cyrillic (Win 1251). A similar procedure should be done in other browsers.
To take full advantage of having Russian fonts you need also to have a Russian keyboard manager, e.g. CyrWin, ParaWin, or Russian for Windows.
