There's an image of Tsukasa promising Kamo-san before he's rushed off to be treated.
Tsukasa: {---That's what I promised Kamo-san------......}
Freya feels her left arm being pulled suddenly and she turns in surprise. Her eyes go wide with shock. "!!"
Tsukasa: {---...I---... can't die}
Kumiin 1: "......!"
Kumiin 2: "Holy shit......"
Kumiin 3: "...That gaki... still..."
Tsukasa: {In a place like this---...!!}
Kumiin 4: "...My god... that image... ---...is just like---..."
The episode title page is part of the story itself featuring Tsukasa with a freaky aura around her causing her hair to have that wind blown look. All 5 pincers are still pierced into her flesh and blood stains the scene but Tsukasa walks with resolution towards her target, her eyes showing her hatred.
Text: I won't allow any bad-mouthing of Kamo-san......!!
Tsukasa: "...No matter... who the opponent was ...I never laid a hand on another woman. ...Such was my standard..."
"They have no value in living. Like they deserve death."
Freya's cold words echo in Tsukasa's mind.
Tsukasa steps closer to her enemy. "..I swear...... ...... ...I'll never forgive you......!!"
Freya glances at Tsukasa with disinterest. "...... ...And just to who(m?) do you think you're saying that...?" There's an image of the goddess Freya, the one that was seen in those compact thingies used to mind control the druggies. "I'm the woman who received the name of the goddess 'Freya' who can control the world. Fighting is also part of the realm of the gods. In which case, that makes me a goddess of fighting."
The kumiin and kanbu all start.
Freya: "...And yet you say that you'll never 'forgive' me...?" She bursts out laughing. "What is that supposed to mean!? So what if you don't forgive me!!? Are you going to punish me or something!? AHAHAHAHAHA If you can with that body then just try it!! I'll stand right here without moving. If you can catch me in 10 seconds I'll give you a handi(cap). AHAHAHAHA" [Freya actually uses the word "reward" but the furigana reads "handi", the Japanese shortened form of "handicap" which you see a lot in fighting games like Street Fighter]
Freya starts counting aloud. "One---"
Kumiin 1: "In 10 seconds!?" {What's that!!?}
Usui: "With that body it'll take at least 10 seconds to reach you!!"
Freya: "Two---"
Mooka: "That bitch... She has no intention of giving any handis!"
The kumiin and kanbu alike are all sporting popped vessels on their faces and gritted teeth.
Freya: "Three---"
Tsukasa just stands there motionless as Freya continues to count.
Freya: "Fou---r fi---ve si---x se---ven"
The kumiin start murmuring among themselves.
"...Hey... She's not moving..."
"Has she given up...?"
Freya: "Ei---ght"
Ryuji: "......"
Tsukasa suddenly seems to shift a little.
Freya: "Ni---ne"
Ryuji starts.
In front of Freya, Tsukasa seems to be invisible and she can only see the movement of the cables from the fingers of her left hand.
Freya's eyes open in shock. {...E...?}
Tsukasa is suddenly directly in front of Freya in mid jump. She catches Freya's chin with her fingers, lifting her off her feet.
Freya: "------!!!"
Tsukasa: "---...So..."
Freya: {---...WHA...!?} Her eyes widen even more.
Tsukasa: "I'll have my handi now......"
With all the cables still attached to her, Tsukasa delivers a round house kick with her right leg.
Freya: "!!!" Her hair is still pierced in the ground maintaining the cage around the Kuryugumi members but it seems to extend more as she is kicked to the ground.
The kumiin and kanbu alike are staring slack jawed in shock.
Usui: "...... ...... ...Did you see that...?" {Hey......}
Mooka: {...I did but......} "It was so fast that I didn't see it......"
Kumiin: "...That gaki..."
Ryuji is staring silently.
Kumiin: "Managed to make a hit on that bakemono onna with that body...!!"
Ryuji: "......" {...She... It's not like the usual way she snaps...} [Not a very good translation] {She's expressionless like...}
Ryuji recalls words from the past.
Kamo-san: "---Expressionless much like a fighting machine."
An SD Kamo-san lectures Ryuji.
Kamo-san: "Though her appearance is cool and calm, her eyes were always alert and sharp. Now that I recall that mask-like face she wore as she downed the enemies one by one, it was just like the rumoured 'Ayabe Wakasa'!!" He has his hands clasped as he remembers the incident at Tokonome Island. "Sandaime, if you weren't unconscious then you would have seen that Tsukasa-san on that day, at that time, at that place~~~~~~!!" He swings his arm in frustration. {Drat! I really wished you could have seen~~~!!}
Ryuji: "...Don't say such an impossible thing to a person who took 4 shots and was on the brink of death."
Kamo-san, suddenly serious: "---When I recall that time when Tsukasa-san was at Tokonome Island I can't help but think ---...that she's------..."
Meanwhile, the fight between Freya and Tsukasa continues.
All motion is a blur as Freya leaps back.
Suddenly, Tsukasa is over Freya with her chain out with one end wrapped around her left wrist [remember, this hand is pierced with one of those pincer-like things].
Freya: "!!" {I can't shake her off......!! She's...!! Keeping up with my speed...!! Why...!!?} She suddenly feels something tugging against her neck. "!!"
Yanking on the chain, Tsukasa lands pulling Freya down. Using her right leg, Tsukasa gives her enemy another round house kick to lay Freya flat on her back.
Freya: "......!"
Straddling Freya, Tsukasa continues to pull on the chain.
Freya: {...Sh... Shit...!! ...I... can't breathe...!!}
Tsukasa keeps on tightening the chain, her eyes cold and expressionless.
Freya: "...Ku..." Her mouth suddenly opens as she gasps for air and tears slip from her eyes.
Tsukasa's eyes open wide as she appears to return back to her normal self.
A chunk of plaster drops to the floor and bounces a couple of times before coming to rest.
Asago surveys the ruined room in front of her in silence. "---......" She swallows nervously. {...It's... not just my imagination---...} ''...This hotel..." {Is being blown up...!!} "..No... ...maybe......" {All of Megafloat......!!} She starts in realization. {No way...!! If that's true then I getting out of this building won't be enough......!!}
Hurriedly she gets to her feet and resumes pulling Munakata to safety. Her shaky legs fail though and she slumps to the floor. "......!!"
Panting and perspiring heavily she looks down at her blood-stained hands which are trembling. {...A...... ...No... No strength......!! Though the exit it right there where I can see it---...!!} She glances behind her where the exit is in sight.
The ground lurches suddenly.
Asago: "!!"
Huge fractures appear in the walls and ceiling around her and debris starts raining down on her. "KYAAAAAA"
With Munakata's head in her lap she tries to shield him with her body. "...! ...! ...!" She's hit by many chunks of plaster.
Munakata twitches as he feels something on his face. [Her hair perhaps? Or maybe a chunk of ceiling...] His eyes slowly open.
Asago: "......! ...Ku...!" Blood trickles down the side of her face as she staggers to her feet once more.
Munakata wonders in confusion as he feels his body being partially lifted. "......!? ......!!"
Asago: "...U... ------!!" With quivering muscles she starts moving backwards again. Her eyes closed in the effort, she doesn't notice that the GRAVE cop is awake.
Munakata's eyes are now wide open in disbelief.
Asago: "...Fu......!!"
Munakata can't believe what's happening as he glances up. He puts a bloodied hand on her arm.
Asago's eyes fly open. "...A... ...You......"
Munakata suddenly shoves her back.
Asago: "!!" She falls back, dropping Munakata. "Kya...!"
Munakata, slowly: "You (ba)ka... ...Don't... worry about me...... ...Go by yourself......" Around both of them debris continues to rain down.
Asago: "...... ...No way..."
Munakata, with more strength: "Go...!!"
Asago: "IYA!! I'M GOING TO PROTECT YOU!!"
Munakata stares in disbelief.
Asago: "...Don't underestimate me......... we're strong when it comes to unfortunate situations......" {Us women of the gokudo------!!} Crouching at his side, she props him up and drapes one of his arms over her shoulders. Taking a deep breath she rises to her feet once more.
Tsukasa's knife stabs into the pavement as she uses it to keep herself from falling over.
Freya is mocking her, chuckling. "...Shall I tell you know why Garyukai didn't make their Ultimate Weapons androids and instead tried to use humans......?" Her pincers are dancing freely in front of her.
Tsukasa looks up at Freya defiantly.
Freya: "...That's because there are people who hesitate when their opponent looks evenly slightly human." She points to her eyes.
Text by Freya: Aren't I good a fake-crying?
Freya: "Just like you!!"
Tsukasa: ".........!!" Panting heavily and shaking, she's on her knees, barely keeping herself up with the aid of her knife. Her chain is lying by her side and her wounds are bleeding freely now.
The kumiin and kanbu are all looking pale with their hands to their faces.
Kanbu 1: "......! That onna...!"
Large text: Aa....! Just thinking about it......!
Kanbu 2: "It looks painful." {Hiii!}
Kanbu 1: "She used the bozu's hesitation," {Wait, she's not a boy so she's not a bozu!} "And used the opportunity to yank out all the blades pierced in her body!!" [In case you've forgotten, bozu = young boy]

Everyone is showing her the thumbs down but if you look closely, you'll actually notice that one kumiin is flashing his middle finger at her...... [If you're wondering, Ryuji can't be seen in that frame.]
A fist suddenly comes in contact with one of the 'pillars', startling the kumiin and kanbu.
"!? !?"
"... ......"
Ryuji, with his fist to one of the 'pillars': "......!" {...Shit...!! Can't I do anything......!!? At this rate she'll------!!}
Tsukasa is shaking uncontrollably.
Tsukasa: {...... ...Cold...... ...I can't last much longer than this...} Panting heavily, she pulls her blade loose. {If I'm going to do this... It has to be one blow...}
Ryuji: "...!?"
Standing unsteadily, she points her blade in Freya's direction.
Tsukasa: {---This is the end---...}
Ryuji starts: "......!!" Tsukasa reminds him too much of Kamo-san when he went to make his final strike. "......! ...Wait..." {...No...} "Could it be..." {She's going to...... just like Kamojima did...}
Tsukasa dashes off, ignoring Ryuji's pleas.
Ryuji: "Stop it Tsukasa------!!"
The last frame shows Tsukasa's back as she heads one last time to her enemy.
