No, it's American. |

Kuno: |

Translation:

Kuno-sempai, what is that? |

This is kiwi. |
Kobayashi: |
Is it a fruit or vegetable? |
Kuno: |
It's fruit. |

Kasumi-san wants to invite Toufuu-sensee to dinner.
Kasumi:
Toufuu-sensei, konban wa hima desu ka.
Ono:
Hai, hima desu ga.
Kasumi:
Iiishou ni bangouhan o tabemassen ka?
Ono:
Hai, ii desu ne, doko ga ii desu ka?
Kasumi:
Atashi no uchi wa dou desu ka?
Ono:
Ee, sore wa ii desu ne!
Translation:
Kasumi:
Toufuu-sensei, are you free this evening?
Ono:
Yes, I'm free.
Kasumi:
Wont you have dinner with me?
Ono:
Yes that sounds good, where? (where is good?)
Kasumi:
How about my house?
Ono:
Yes, that sounds good!
How brazen of Kasumi-chan
inviting a man to her house for dinner. And on a first date in all! It's
a good thing her family is going
to be there.
