The final witch of the Witches 5,level 999. Her job was to gather more souls for the consumption of Master Pharoah 90, and to find the escaped students and kill them before they had a chance to divulge any of the secrets of Mugen Gakuen. She was the professional of the witch training class. Cyprine uses strange hail to gather the souls of her victims, who turned bloodthirsty and attack one another. Her attack is Ribbon Buster. Cyprine uses her witchcraft to reveal the true intentions of the Sailorsenshi, causing them attack one another out of hidden anger. She then splits herself into two beings, the other being named Pucherol. Both Pucherol and Cyprine are killed by Super Sailormoon in the manga. In the anime she and Pucherol are accidentally killed when they miss their targets and hit eachother instead.
